In-Person Training Sessions

  • Custom one-on-one personal training at your residence, building gym or local gym
  • Assessment – informational and goal setting 
  • Sessions are 55 minutes in length
  • 4, 8 and 12 week programs available 
  • Weekly email and text support
  • Lifestyle and Balance:
    • Using MyFitnessPal app to help track food log 
  • Workouts may include:  
    • Warm up and stretches 
    • Functional & Strength Training 
    • Cardio 
    • Core exercises
